ASCENSION STRENGTH AI COACH: PRIVACY POLICY

What we collect

What you type into the chat (for example lifts, training days and goals).
Your email address, only if you enter it and tick the consent box, plus the date you signed up.
Basic technical data (such as IP address and browser type) that our host, Cloudflare, processes to deliver and secure the site.

How we use it

Chat: your messages are processed to generate replies. We don't store chat messages in our own database. When AI replies are on, your chat text is sent to our AI provider, Google (Gemini API, free tier), which processes it under its own terms and may retain it and, on the free tier, use it to improve its products. In Demo mode, replies are scripted and nothing is sent to an AI provider.
Email: if you opt in, we use your email to send training tips and Ascension Strength product updates. Email addresses are stored with our Cloudflare account and nowhere else. We don't add you to the list unless you tick the box.

Please don't share health details

The coach isn't a medical service. Don't enter medical, injury or other sensitive information. If you mention pain or injury, the coach will tell you to see a professional.

Sharing

We don't sell your personal information. We share it only with the service providers above, to run the site and email list.

Retention and your choices

Every email has an unsubscribe link. We keep emails until you unsubscribe or ask us to delete them.

Age

The coach is for adults 18+.

Changes

We'll update the effective date when this policy changes.
